A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2024-00059 to allow for the construction of winery administrative offices, storage building pads, a driveway, and parking. The proposed project will disturb approximately 1.85 acres of the 145.90-acre parcel, including 7,900-cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Agriculture land use category and is located at 7505 York Mountain Road, in the Adelaida Sub-area of the North County Planning Area.
