Bienz Grading Permit (GRAD2023-00004/ CEQA2024-00057)

A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2023-00004 to allow for the construction of a 240 feet retaining wall, future greenhouse pad, single-family home, and driveways. The proposed project will disturb approximately 0.60 acres of the 21.3-acre parcel, including 750-cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Rural Lands land use category and is located at 2615 Black Walnut Road, in the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area North of the San Luis Obispo Planning Area.
