Grant School Demolition, Hazardous Materials Abatement, & Site Clearance Project

The Project consists of the emergency demolition and removal of vacant, deteriorated former school buildings and play structures and associated site abatement activities necessary to eliminate hazardous conditions. The purpose of the Project is to immediately address conditions that pose a threat to public health and safety and to prevent injury or property damage. The beneficiaries of the project are District students, employees, neighboring properties, emergency responders, and the public.
