The project proposes the approval of a Water Utility Easement Agreement granting the City of San Bernardino City a non-exclusive easement approximately 10,760 square feet over San Bernardino County County owned property at 860 East Gilbert Street to allow for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an underground water utility line in support of a courthouse expansion project. The easement is conveyed at no cost and does not interfere with County operations.
