Tulare County Zoning Ordinance Update PZC 25-005 (Agricultural Zones) and PZC 25-008 (Residential Zones)

The Project is proposing to update Ordinance No. 352, the Tulare County Zoning Ordinance, specifically the Agricultural and Residential Zones, by removing redundant language, updating outdated language that may be conflicting with other sections, and updating uses to be consistent with the Tulare County General Plan and other applicable laws and policies.
