Tule River Indian Tribe of the Tule River Reservation Shan King-Hwy 190-Hartsell Economic Development Fee-to-Trust Project

The project consists of placing the Subject Property into federal trust status for the benefit of the Tribe and the subsequent development by the Tribe of a small commercial development area with existing uses-including citrus grove operations, grazing land, and open space-continuing on the remainder of the property.
