Real Property Exchange Agreement

The Project would exchange City-owned properties at 90 Santa Rosa Avenue, 631 First Street, 655 First Street, and a portion of 100 Santa Rosa Avenue for the Museum on the Square property at 520 Third Street/521 Second Street.
