Description
The proposed project establishes a program for commercial, institutional, or multi-family residential property-owners within San Bernardino Valley's service area to replace existing grass landscaping with drought tolerant landscape. Property owners would apply to SBVMWD to participate in the program. Successful applicants would have existing high water use turf grass removed and replaced with efficient landscape irrigation and drought tolerant landscape plant materials.
