Richards Boulevard Drainage Improvements Project

The project would improve transportation and reduce flooding in the Basin 111 around Richards Boulevard between Sequoia Pacific Boulevard and North 5th Street. The project would include the installation of 700 linear feet of 54-inch Drainage pipe on Richards Boulevard, between Sequoia Pacific Boulevard and North 5th Street.
