Description
The California Department of Transportation Caltrans, using state funding, is proposing to perform a Cold In-Place Recycling CIR on State Route 139 in Lassen County between post miles 24.0 and 28.0. The CIR will consist of milling the existing pavement to a depth of 0.33’ placing the recycled mixture to match the original grade and applying a 0.15’ hot mix asphalt overlay.
