The projects entail facility repairs, maintenance, and upgrades at existing County-owned and/or operated buildings throughout San Luis Obispo County and within the Coastal Zone. The proposed repair and upgrades will include but are not limited to HVAC maintenance; roof repairs; utility upgrades and installation; seismic upgrades; lighting improvements; interior remodeling; fence installation; and paving.
