Install 3,900’ of 2 1.5” HDPE conduit via directional bore along route as shown in plans for fiber broadband. Boring to be at a min of 36” depth and max of 60” depth. 5” HDPE encasement conduit to be used when crossing Caltrans roadway maintaining min of 48” depth. Placement of 4 new 3X5 vaults.
