Lakeside Marina Fuel Storage Tanks Variance

The existing site is located on a narrow parcel within a residentially zoned district of Plan Area Statement Lakeside Park. Due to the shape of the parcel, the residential setbacks as stipulated by South Lake Tahoe City Code Table 6.85-1 create a restricted buildable area.
