Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison SCE to replace one utility pole 1311355E in the westbound direction of State Route SR 150 at postmile PM 18.23 in the City of Ojai, Ventura County, as well as to perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
