This project consists of constructing interior and exterior retrofits and renovations to the Administration Building at the Water Reclamation Plant WRP to meet ADA accessibility and fire/life/safety requirements. Project Work includes replacing and upgrading building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage and technology data systems and commissioning building systems.
