Low Gap Road at Milepost 19.24 Culvert Replacement

The existing culvert and road prism at Low Gap Road, milepost 19.24, has been damaged by heavy rains, surface saturation, and mudslides. The project will replace the failed pipe with a larger culvert designed to convey peak flows for the 100-year storm event and realign the new pipe to match the natural channel alignment.
