Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison to replace two utility poles 936707E and 936709E within Caltrans right-of-way ROW along State Route SR 23 at post mile PM 2.057 and 1.977, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Malibu, Los Angeles County. Excavation will have a depth of 7 feet, and an average width and length of 2 feet by 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
