Agrawal Trust et al. Shared Use Pier (Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. PLA-63423-R2)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-63423 -R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rajit Agrawal. The project consists of construction of a two hundred fifty-eight 258 foot long multiuse pier with two 2, twelve thousand 12,000 pound capacity boat lifts on Lake Tahoe, associated with two 2 adjacent properties, and removal of two 2 extant mooring buoys from the lake.
