Rowe Avenue Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project

The work intended to restore and extend the service life of the tank, improve safe access for operations and maintenance personnel and renew protective systems necessary for continued potable-water service. Work includes regulated coating removal and containment, worker protection and disposal requirements, structural repairs, safety improvements, and replacement of the interior and exterior protective coating systems.
