Specific Plan 3.0 Buildout Project

The project includes the development of 1,791 residential units, 440,000 square feet non-residential, and related circulation and park improvements on approximately 134 acres of land in the City of Cypress that is governed by the Cypress Town Center and Commons Specific Plan 3.0, which was previously approved by Cypress voters. The current approvals for the project include Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 19247 and a Development Agreement pursuant to Government Code sections 65864 et seq.
