Description

The goal of this project is to upgrade an existing emergency fire exit egress at the California State Railroad Museum to an ADA compliant emergency fire exit egress to comply with fire and accessibility code. Project will: • Remove twelve 12 existing 2-ft x 2-ft concrete pads; • Excavate soil up to 6-in. deep; • Install approx. 90-ft of 4-in. x 6-in. redwood lumber pinned down with 2-ft long 5/8-in. rebar; and • Install decomposed granite over a compacted Class A road base.
