On August 25, 2026, the Town of Apple Valley Town Council found that the environmental impacts of this Project were previously reviewed in conjunction with the Apple Valley 143 Project Environmental Impact Report Certified EIR; State Clearinghouse No. 2022070019 which was certified by the Planning Commission on November 15, 2023.
