RJR Recycling & Transfer Station Condition Use Permit Amendment (County Planning File PLN250019)

RJR proposes expanding their daily waste and recyclable materials acceptance up to a maximum of 350 tons per day tpd requiring a Full Solid Waste Facility permit from CalRecycle. Although currently permitted for up to 99.99 tpd 35,500 tons per year, the current as-built facility capacity is in excess of 350 tpd. A Conditional Use Amendment is required to increase the intensity of the existing use.
