Resurface SR 116 in Sonoma County from PM 7.74 in Monte Rio to PM 25.05 near Sebastopol and install/replace streetlights, replace guard rails, repair or replace culverts, widen shoulders to provide Class II bike lanes and bike pull outs, add sidewalks and crosswalks, and upgrade the existing pedestrian infrastructures to current Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
