The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-HUM-66005-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Peter Genolio. The Project is limited to 2 encroachments. Both encroachments are for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to the Mattole River. Water is diverted for domestic use only.
