Description
Caltrans proposes cold planing asphalt concrete AC pavement and repaving with rubberized hot mix asphalt – gap graded RHMA-G on State Route SR- 221 from post mile PM 1.7 to 2.7 in Napa County. The project is required to prevent further damage to the highway. Construction equipment may include, but not be limited to, AC trucks, grinders, loaders, pavers, and rollers. All work is limited to the paved roadway prism within Caltrans right of way ROW.
