The State Street Master Plan is a long-term visioning document for the revitalization of downtown over the next 50 years. The State Street Master Plan covers the 400 through 1300 blocks of State Street between Gutierrez and Sola Streets, approximately one mile in addition to the adjacent paseos, plazas, parking facilities, and cross streets that make up the broader downtown area.
