Merced Avenue Stormwater Capture Project CIP No. 089

The City of El Monte proposes to replace the existing City-owned El Monte Storm Drain between Merced Avenue and Brockway Street. The Project includes stormwater infrastructure improvements, water quality enhancements, and pedestrian and bicycle connectivity improvements.
