To extend an existing concrete valley gutter and ADA-accessible sidewalk with handrails within the floodway to provide beach access; and, outside the floodway, to construct one additional boat-and-trailer parking stall at the southern end of the existing parking lot and a new concrete pedestrian walkway connecting the new parking stall to the existing boat ramp and dock, as part of the Sandy Beach Phase 2 Access Improvements Project.
