Santa Rosa City Hall Development Agreement

The Project involves a Development Agreement between the City of Santa Rosa and Museum on the Square, LLC for the City Hall Campus. The Development Agreement contemplates future adaptive reuse or redevelopment of the approximately 5.96-acre City-owned properties proposed for conveyance, consistent with the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan.
