Description
Amendment to Use Permit and a Parcel Map to reconfigure 36.5 acres into nine parcels to support development of a regional commercial center across eight parcels spanning 14.52 acres. The Project also includes a realignment of Twin View Boulevard to connect with Oasis Court from the north of Oasis Road. The commercial center would include a convenience gas mart, retail, hotels, and drive-through food establishments.
