To execute an Agreement between Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Napa, Kern County Water Agency, Dudley Ridge Water District, and Westside Districts and the California Department of Water Resources DWR for a water transfer through the State Water Project. The agreement would allow delivery of up to 5,000 acre-feet of SWP water to KCWA, Westside Districts.
