Gold Rush Multi-Use Path Phase I Project

The California Department of Transportation Caltrans proposes to construct a 1.5-mile multi-use trail, beginning in the city of Sonora at State Route 49 and South Green Street, extending south down to State Route 49 to an existing trail located near the Motherlode Fairgrounds. In addition, a trail junction will be constructed at the State Route 49 and Woods Creek Drive intersection, forming a T in the trail.
