Joshua Grading and Excavating Yard

An operations yard on 5.74 acres of a 100acre parcel. The operations yard will include: a 13,246 square foot two-story building consisting of a 6,200 square foot truck and equipment service area; a 7,046 square foot administrative area, a 10,000 square foot repair shop; and a 6,000 square foot warehouse.
