City of Jackson Water Tank Replacement Project

The Project proposes to replace the Martell water storage reservoir Martell Reservoir/Clearwell. The 1.3-million-gallon Martell Reservoir/Clearwell was built in the 1970s and is antiquated infrastructure that no longer meets current design standards and is in a state of disrepair.
