Description
This project will convert about one mile of Park Boulevard asphalt into a three-line tree canopy corridor through downtown Orange Cove. Its purpose is to cool the corridor and reduce urban heat island effects for pedestrians. Beneficiaries are downtown Orange Cove residents in a hot Central Valley community with little existing street-tree cover.
