The California High-Speed Rail Authority Authority has identified the need for a six-story Operations Control Center OCC Building as part of the Operation and Maintenance Facility OMF planned south of the City of Fresno. This facility will be used to support day one operations and long-term maintenance of the high-speed rail HSR system.
