This project is to adopt and implement an update to the rules and regulations governing the East Turlock Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agency's ETS GSA implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act SGMA pursuant to the Revised Turlock Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan Revised Turlock GSP within ETS GSA's boundaries.
