Clearwater Living at Tustin Legacy Project (Addendum to Tustin Legacy Specific Plan Amendment SEIR)

The proposed Project would subdivide the existing 6.14-acre parcel into two parcels, each developed with one building comprised of three fire-separated habitable structures and one parking structure.
