Description
The City of Fresno, Public Works Department proposes to make improvements to the three 3 intersections of Abby Street and Clay Avenue, Abby Street and Harvey Avenue, and Blackstone Avenue and Illinois Avenue. The improvements at all three intersections will provide a new complete High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk HAWK system, curb ramps, sidewalk and crosswalk signage and striping.
