Concurrence on the Issuance of a Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit - Facility # 58-AA-0008 Recology Yuba-Sutter Integrated Waste Recovery Facility

The changes that will be authorized by the proposed permit include: 1. An increase in the SWFP boundary from 7.1 acres to 42 acres. This permitted area expansion will allow for inclusion of storm water collection tanks, parking for trailers and fleet vehicles, and storage of ancillary equipment and baled commodities on the property formally used as a composting facility.
