Description
The project consists of accessibility and path-of-travel improvements; concrete replacement; restroom and plumbing upgrades; railing improvements; HVAC modernization; electrical improvements; elevator modernization; roof patching; and related paving, landscape, and site work within the existing school campus. The project will improve accessibility, safety, and building-system performance without increasing student enrollment capacity or introducing a new educational use.
