Description
Caltrans proposes a project to improve pedestrian mobility near Pine Street on State Route SR 89 by installing a Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon RRFB system. The project is located both in El Dorado and Placer Counties, along SR 89, between Post Mile PM ED 27.38 and PLA 0.12.
