Consistency Determination (CD) 26-002

To find accepting a donation of land with the intention to develop a trailhead consistent with Livermore’s General Plan 2045AV1.1. Trailhead development will require a separate Site Plan Design Review entitlement. Since confirming consistency with the General Plan is the first step in the process for trailhead development, environmental review was conducted at this stage. Trailhead may include approximately 18 parking spaces, bike racks, drinking fountains, and in information kiosk.
