Department of Public Utilities Operations & Maintenance Building Demolition

The City is proposing to demolish two structures currently used as DPU’s O&M facilities. The project consists of hazardous materials abatement, demolition, vegetation removal, and disposal. In total, the O&M building is approximately 295,225 gross square feet in size, with a building footprint of approximately 162,320 square feet.
