On September 1, 2026, the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors authorized and delegated authority to the CEO to approve and execute a proposed 10-year lease with the Ralphs Trust, a sublease with Southern California Edison, and a Site Access Agreement with the Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communications System LA-RICS to continue their telecom operations at the site, which include emergency response services.
