Stormwater Capture and Diversion Project

The Project will develop a stormwater capture and diversion system within the Ventura County area, capturing and diverting dry weather and partial first-flush wet weather runoff to the regional Las Virgenes Wastewater Treatment Plant. The diversion structure will connect the storm drain pipe to the sewer pipe, and the water captured by the diversion structure will be treated and reused as a recycled and potable water source.
