The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-61748-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to SFPP, L.P. The Project is limited to impacts to streambed associated with use of horizontal directional drilling to replace a section of the 22-inch LS-111 pipeline under Morongo Wash.
