Permit No. 20111 – Van Loben Sels Family Trust Irrigation Facility Authorization Project

To authorize an existing irrigation facility consisting of a 10-inch steel irrigation pipe DSID 17469 through the levee, a pump inside a pump house on the waterside levee slope, stairs on both levee slopes, gate valves on both ends, and a service pole on the landside levee slope. The pipe was installed 4.8 feet below the levee crown with sections exposed on both sides of the levee slopes.
