Description
The Final 1996 Mitigated Negative Declaration evaluated the relocation of public fishing access from U.S. Forest Service land to Sweetwater Authority Authority property on the eastern portion of Loveland Reservoir. To maintain public access, the Authority granted the Forest Service an easement encompassing a parking area, reservoir access trail, and a 50-foot wide shoreline strip above the high-water mark.
